The Lienchiang County Government, Department of Civil Affairs, invited Li-Pu Lee, Esq. (CEO/Partner) and Yu-Jung Lee, Esq. of Formosan Brothers Attorneys-at-Law, to serve as guest lecturers for the "2018 Gender Equality in the Workplace and Sexual Harassment Prevention Workshop."  The workshop covered topics including "Employment Discrimination Practice Case Analyses (including Q&A)," "Gender Equality in Employment (including practical considerations on the Act of Gender Equality in Employment, workplace sexual harassment case analyses, the establishment of a sexual harassment prevention mechanism in public sector organizations (including Q&A)," and "the new amendment of the Labor Standards Act."  The pair provided a systematic illustration of the relevant anti-discrimination regulations and the Act of Gender Equality in Employment, drawing from many practical cases.
