Mr. Kuo-Ming Huang and Mr. Wei-Han Kuo, Senior Partner and Partner of Formosan Brothers Attorneys-at-Law, were invited by Hiwin Group as lecturers to host employees’ training regarding “Practical Drills for Trade Secrets Protection” on October 31, 2020. In this six-hour training session, through the simulation of actual cases and rare lively role-play applying the team dividing method, the participants who were senior managers were able to fully understand the importance of trade secrets and the essentials of the design and planning for the corporate internal control.
