Mr. Zong-Lin He, a former judge at Taoyuan District Court, joined Formosan Brothers on March 1, 2022. Mr. He graduated from National Taiwan University College of Law in the Division of Financial Law and earned an LL.M. degree from National Taiwan University College of Law. He was also a visiting researcher at the Hokkaido University in Japan.Mr. He previously worked as a legal trainee and an associate attorney at Formosan Brothers. He later attended Judges and Prosecutors Training Institute (now known as the Academy for the Judiciary) and served as a judge in the Taoyuan District Court. During his tenure, he was certified as a specialty judge of labor incident by the Judicial Yuan. His areas of practice include litigation and arbitration, domestic and foreign investments and transactions, Japan practice, insurance, employment, real estate, transportation, and trade secrets, etc.With over ten years of experience in litigation and adjudication, Mr. He will certainly provide our clients with even more comprehensive and excellent legal services after rejoining the team of Formosan Brothers.
