Formosan Brothers and the Science and Technology Law Institute (STLI) of the Institute for Information Industry (III) cohosted the 2021 Corporate Governance IP Compliance Training Online Course on July 15 & 16. The solid course content and the professional instructors’ lectures provided students with in-depth case studies and illustrations which helped them understand the Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies and IP management items in the Corporate Governance Evaluation Indicators, IP management responsibilities of directors and supervisors, IP management planning, disclosure and reporting to the board of directors, and helped companies with the development of IP strategic thinking and capabilities. The students’ active participation in grouping discussions made zero-lag interaction possible for this online course.We would like to thank the STLI for its arrangement and the students for their participation. We hope to provide comprehensive and professional legal services again in the future.
