Thisselection process involves the aggregation of opinions and recommendations fromthousands of in-house counsel and international law firm partners, resulting inthe recognition of the top 100 lawyers who demonstrate exceptional legal knowledgeand outstanding communication skills. We are deeply honored that three of ourlawyers have been recognized in this prestigious list.

Attorney Dah-In Yeh is the founder of our firm,holding a master's degree from Meiji University in Japan and possessingqualifications as a lawyer, notary public, patent agent, and arbitrator. He haspreviously served as a judge at the Taipei District Court and has extensiveexperience in various areas, including real estate, M&A, white-collarcrime, compliance and corporate governance, family governance and successionplanning, and construction law.

Attorney Yvonne Lin serves as the director of ourfirm, holding a master's degree from the University of Washington in the UnitedStates. In addition to being a lawyer, she is also a patent attorney,arbitrator, and mediator. Attorney Lin specializes in IP rights, antitrust andunfair competition, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, M&A, cross-bordertransactions, compliance and corporate governance, and big data and dataprotection. She continually seeks new knowledge to stay at the forefront ofemerging trends, including the intersection of new technologies and the law,the application of AI in copyright law, and the cybersecurity challengesbrought about by globalization.

Attorney Li-Pu Lee serves as the CEO of our firm,holding a JD degree from Washington University in St. Louis, USA. In additionto being a lawyer and arbitrator in Taiwan, he is also qualified as an attorneyin the state of New York. Attorney Lee specializes in various areas, includingreal estate, M&A, finance, cross-border transactions, compliance andcorporate governance, family governance and succession planning, emergingtechnologies, litigation and arbitration, and taxation. He has extensiveexperience in both litigation and non-litigation matters and possesses a strongacademic passion for the law, serving as a researcher for numerousgovernment-sponsored projects and authoring many journals and articles.
