Mr. Wei-Han Kuo, Partner of Formosan Brothers Attorneys-at-Law, was invited by Brillian Network and Automation to lecture on “Corporate Governance and Securities Regulations” on December 18, 2020. Through case discussion, he explained the current regulations on corporate executives and the competent authority’s blueprint for the development of corporate governance to the company’s board of directors. The course was well-acclaimed by the directors and helped the directors learn the importance of corporate governance in business operations.
