Mr. Wei-Han Kuo, Partner of Formosan Brothers Attorneys-at-Law, was invited by the Center for Research, Diagnostics and Vaccine Development of the Center of Diseases Control, Ministry of Health and Welfare as the speaker for the “Introduction to Trade Secrets Regulations and Case Analysis” seminar. With an in-depth but easy to understand presentation, Mr. Kuo explained the definition of trade secrets and the relevant regulations through practical examples. With his rich experience, he also introduced effective ways of managing and auditing trade secrets to the audience. Through Q and A session, the audience was able to gain a better understanding of the trade secrets system and the administration of trade secrets. The seminar was well-acclaimed by the participants.
